Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job. You'll gain valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company. As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2029, you'll be fully immersed with a global team of Product Management experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You'll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career. We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Indianapolis, IN and Chicago, IL.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or combined Business / Technical degree or coursework
  • Previously completed two relevant internships or have two years of relevant work experience
  • Technical background/training in addition to business acumen
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking, a desire to learn and a questioning attitude

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Develop product roadmap
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Lead stakeholder management
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis
  • Execute a production rationalization, cost down, or simplification project
  • Drive strategic planning and execution
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Create sustainable processes, tools, dashboards, and cadence for product portfolio optimization through data-driven decisions
