About The Position

Belden's Product Management Internship offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over the course of twelve weeks, you will gain hands-on experience creating real business solutions while also developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and field-specific knowledge. As a member of our 2026 Internship Program, you'll be fully immersed with a global team of Product Management experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves personally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You'll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related combined technical and business coursework
  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework
  • Passion for taking on new challenges and driving for results
  • Intellectual curiosity with creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Technical curiosity, business aptitude, and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Create product demonstrations for partner training and events
  • Work with team to develop and implement pricing and go-to-market strategies for new products
  • Create competitive analysis for important product line, end market segment, or technology
  • Execute customer research to uncover new problems to be solved in a target application
  • Enhance existing product positioning to better align with customer needs and language
