About The Position

Carlisle Architectural Metals is seeking a highly motivated Product Management Intern to join our team in Waukesha, WI (on-site). The intern will support the Product Management team through analytical reporting, product portfolio analysis, and market research, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Finance, Operations, and Sales.

Requirements

Undergraduate junior or senior, or first-year MBA student
Major in Business, Economics, or a closely related field
Computer Science and Data Analytics majors will not be considered
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think abstractly and analytically
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Analysis
Develop, maintain, and enhance new product tracking reports to support data-driven decisions
Monitor and analyze full product line performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Conduct additional ad-hoc analyses
Market & Competitive Benchmarking
Perform competitive benchmarking and comparative product analysis
Collect, validate, and synthesize data from internal systems and external market sources
Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Enablement
Support the Product Management team in commercial engagement activities, including pricing analysis and customer feedback
Assist with GTM execution by preparing pricing information and competitive differentiation materials
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product strategy and commercial execution
