About the position
HarborOne is offering a dynamic and comprehensive learning and development opportunity for a selected intern over a 10-week period. The intern will work directly with the Product Management team and the Financial Advisors throughout the Banking Center network to support their growth and development in their internship role. The Product Management team oversees the lifecycle management of products and services the bank offers. Interns will be utilizing problem solving skills, providing an exceptional customer experience with internal colleagues, and providing support to Financial Advisors regarding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to HarborOne Investment advisors.
- Assist with scheduling client meetings.
- Join client meetings to observe interactions.
- Follow-up on action items as directed by the Financial Advisor(s).
- Meet with Osaic Program Manager and Financial Advisors for feedback and mentorship.
- Participate in team meetings and support Product Management deliverables including Cash Management, Deposit Products and Digital Banking.
- Participate in weekly meetings with other interns to share experiences and explore career opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as either a sophomore or junior.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, General Business, or Business Management.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork, strong written and communications skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data, work independently and show initiative.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues across all business lines and demonstrate the bank's core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Teamwork.
