About The Position

As a Product Management Intern at Poshmark, you’ll work closely with our Product team to help drive user growth, engagement, and monetization across our marketplace. You’ll contribute to shaping how we deliver value to our community of buyers and sellers while supporting initiatives that fuel sustainable business growth. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to work on real product challenges that matter to the business. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Finance to identify opportunities, analyze user behavior, and test ideas that improve the Poshmark experience. You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects, dig into data, form hypotheses, and help bring new features and experiments to life from concept to execution

Requirements

  • Rising Senior pursuing a degree in CS, Product Management, Business, HCI, or a related field (Class of 2027)
  • 2+ years of relevant internship or working experience and looking to go into product management
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced independent working environment
  • Communication and collaboration experience to work collaboratively with engineering, business development, account management and other teams
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn, and willing to roll up your sleeves whether that means diving into data, talking to users, or supporting experimentation.
  • Intellectually curious and ready to learn
  • Demonstrated interest in Poshmark’s mission, community, or industry
  • Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm
  • Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA
  • No employment sponsorship required now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate product strategy, planning, and execution with product management team
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, including but not limited to, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Operations and Community to understand needs and help define requirements
  • Help gather new ideas aimed at enhancing core product experiences
  • Help to incorporate AI in day to day product processes
  • Assist in user testing and user research of new product features
  • Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities
  • Have a can-do attitude and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Above all, bring a fresh consumer-oriented perspective and a positive attitude
