About The Position

The Product Management Intern will be part of the Filtration team within the Drinking Water business unit. This internship provides exposure to product management discipline with a focus on filtration products. The intern will gain hands-on experience in new product development, market insight generation, and voice of customer (VOC) development while contributing to strategic projects that support the growth of our filtration portfolio.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in product management, new product development, and customer-driven innovation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in day-to-day activities related to product lifecycle management.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing market insights, competitive data, and customer feedback.
• Participate in new product development (NPD) activities including business case support, product requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives through research, customer engagement, and analysis of findings.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and tools to support decision-making and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to learn how product management integrates across the organization.
• Complete a defined project or deliverable that provides value to the Filtration team and business unit.
