Join our Summer Internship Program and gain hands-on experience across various departments at MCG Health. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns will work on impactful projects, contributing directly to our mission of transforming healthcare through MCG Guidelines. Our program offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills, learn from industry leaders, and make meaningful contributions. Guided by dedicated managers, interns will receive mentorship and insight into their chosen field, fostering personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related degree, entering junior year or senior year.
  • Strong academic performance and foundational knowledge relevant to the department of interest.
  • Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated interest in health tech, innovation, or problem-solving through coursework, extracurricular activities, or volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in exploring key areas to ensure that our newest product, ODG for Auto Injury, aligns with industry needs.
  • Investigate market trends and customer demands through market research.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from potential and existing clients or conduct surveys.
  • Support the team in analyzing usage data from pilot implementations.
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather insights on interface design and user experience.
  • Review current content and ensure it meets market needs.
  • Help in evaluating financial models to ensure they benefit claims management.
  • Work effectively with team members and contribute to group discussions.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Analyze information, ask insightful questions, and propose creative solutions.
  • Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Write and present clearly, maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing department-specific projects.
  • Conduct basic research and gather relevant data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy in assigned tasks and deliverables.
