About The Position

Glean is looking for a passionate and driven Product Management Intern for Summer 2025. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product managers, working on innovative AI products that shape the future of work. This is a hybrid 12-week internship based in Palo Alto, CA.

Requirements

• Students with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, graduating in Spring 2026 or those pivoting from a related field (PMM, Engineering, BizOps) into product management. MBA is a plus
• Prior work experience or projects demonstrating a strong foundation in product craft and execution
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity about how design intersects with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site at our Palo Alto office at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Join the product management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales to deliver new features from end to end
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and PRDs to guide the development process
• Monitor and report on product performance, using data analytics and user insights to drive enhancements
