As a Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ. The Head of Customer Journey will lead the organization within consumer card and personal lending responsible for delivering brilliant end-to-end client experiences in key journeys that span across products and channels. Key journeys include credit management strategies (line assignment, line increase, line decrease), income capture, fraud and disputes, digital servicing, and payments. This role will build strong processes and Identify opportunities across channel and marketing, controls and compliance, and product innovation to better support clients and work across teams to execute accordingly.
