About The Position

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the People Tech & AI team you will translate strategic vision into actionable product direction, guiding the development, innovation, and lifecycle management of complex technology products. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, software innovation, or platform leadership
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

Nice To Haves

  • Certification(s) preferred: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications validating expertise in Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
