The program provides an opportunity for outstanding college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast paced global FinTech firm. Analysts will spend the first 18 months of their career in 3 unique, 6-month rotations in Product Management, Support and Deployment. At the end of their 3 rotations, analysts will transition into a Product Management Analyst role in our Uniondale or Houston office. What You'll Do As an LDP, you will be working at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After going through our thorough induction program, you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our customers. In your role as a Product Management Analyst, you'll play a vital role in designing, building, and enhancing ION's cutting-edge solutions for some of the world's most influential organizationsâincluding Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 companies.
