About The Position

The Product Listing Specialist helps shape how customers experience Doc’s Diesel across all ecommerce channels. This role supports the Ecommerce team by maintaining accurate, well-organized, and high-performing product listings across multiple marketplaces. You’ll work hands-on with product data, ensuring listings are complete, accurate, optimized, and ready to launch while collaborating across Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams. This is an entry-level, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, taking initiative, and clean execution. If you take pride in well-organized product catalogs, clear and helpful product copy, and making it easy for customers to find the right item the first time, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, content, and systems.
  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with learning new software tools and workflows.
  • Interest in learning ecommerce and merchandising operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to think independently, troubleshoot issues, and adapt solutions as challenges arise.
  • Thrives while working independently, and also while being part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes, while also asking questions and looking for ways to increase efficiency.
  • Flexible and adaptable—able to quickly adjust to new tasks, processes, and priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing listings across marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Background in automotive, aftermarket, or technical products.
  • Experience creating SOPs and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy, organization, and consistency of product listings across all sales channels, like Shopify, Walmart, and eBay.
  • Manage product listings day-to-day in Shopify, including products, collections, navigation, and merchandising.
  • Upload and organize product data such as images, specifications, pricing, and vehicle fitment information.
  • Write and maintain clear, accurate product titles and descriptions with guidance from the Ecommerce and Marketing teams.
  • Help ensure products are correctly categorized so customers can easily find the right parts.
  • Support new product launches by collecting, organizing, and publishing required listing information.
  • Perform routine checks and audits to help maintain listing accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.
  • Document processes and help maintain standard operating procedures for product listing and catalog updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams to help resolve product listing questions or issues.
  • Support marketplace listings and content updates in a timely manner.
