Applied Global Services (AGS), the service organization within Applied Materials, delivers comprehensive solutions that help customers optimize tool performance, extend system life, and maximize fab productivity. Within AGS, the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Service Business Unit (SBU) focuses on enabling customer success through advanced service products tailored to CMP technologies. The CMP SBU is seeking a Product Line Manager (PLM) who is passionate about driving service business growth and strengthening AGS’s value to customers. This role requires someone who can lead complex technical programs in a highly cross‑functional environment and guide the creation of innovative, high‑impact service offerings. Ideal candidates will bring a solid understanding of the semiconductor industry, preferably with direct experience in CMP, as well as familiarity with marketing practices and business processes. They should be able to analyze data, develop strategies to address multifaceted challenges, and influence business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining, managing, and scaling service programs using product lifecycle methodologies. The individual is expected to operate with minimal guidance and serve as a resource to less‑experienced team members.
