The Product Line Manager - Workday Core and Local HRIS is a critical position responsible for the product management, digital support, and configuration sustainment of the Workday Core HCM module, Local HRIS systems, and People Insight tools. This leader will be responsible for creating a rationalized HRIS portfolio which will likely result in the consolidation and decommissioning of legacy local HRIS instances to ensure global alignment with Core Models. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on a strategic roadmap that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems across the organization.
