About The Position

We are hiring a Product Line Manager – ESP Enhancement to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio. This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution of assigned products. What You’ll Own Full lifecycle ownership of assigned ESP enhancement product lines—from concept through end-of-life Product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment prioritization New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization Pricing strategy, gross profit performance, and margin discipline Field performance, reliability outcomes, and warranty exposure Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales Key Product Areas SAND-X Product Line VORT-X Product Line ESP GAS tool This role is ideal for a leader who wants real ownership —not just coordination—and who is motivated by accountability, execution, and measurable results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Lift engineering, manufacturing, operations, or product leadership
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product line with accountability for commercial results
  • Strong working knowledge of ESP, rod lift, gas lift, and Artificial Lift systems
  • Proven success launching oilfield technologies from concept to commercial scale
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational tradeoffs
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
