The position involves working closely with the GM of Hi-Rel Capacitors to implement priorities at a site level with operations and engineering. The role requires determining the value propositions of individual products in the product line and driving internal and external resources to support customer product fulfillment and to solve customer issues in a timely manner. The candidate will advocate for excellence in line performance, ensuring timely quotations, line efficiency, on-time delivery, and defect-free products. Additionally, the role includes feeding into marketing strategy and collaborating with the sales team to achieve design wins at target customers. Engaging with customers, engineering, sales, customer service, and factory for the delivery of quotations, samples, and information in support of new business development is also essential. The candidate will work closely with the site operations team on production and SIOP planning, develop a product roadmap outlining short and long-term strategies for sub-product lines, monitor competitive products and capabilities, and coordinate resources to deliver product improvements and new capabilities to meet market needs. The role also involves working with Product Marketing to develop assets and sales tools to facilitate the selling of Hi-Rel Capacitor products and capabilities, along with any other duties that may be assigned.
