About The Position

FORVIA - HELLA Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Line Director / Head of Program Management – ADAS. The focus of this role will be to lead program management as well as overall ADAS strategic positioning for the organization. This opportunity will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of Forvia Hella’s world class ADAS products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in Automotive Industry supporting ADAS functions.
  • Experience and understanding of ADAS market and trends.
  • Prior Experience leading direct reports.
  • Ability to make significant decisions that affect work beyond immediate work group.
  • Ability to develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards for functional area within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years in the automotive industry.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives.
  • 1+ years of experience working with profit/loss responsibility.
  • 1+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • Experience with Automotive Radar; leveraging knowledge both at component and system integration/influence levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program directives in support of our ADAS Radar products.
  • Watch over both in production and development stage programs for multiple OEM partners.
  • Guide and track project teams to achieve company and portfolio goals while being mindful of quality, costs, and on time performance.
  • Develop current program management team members.
  • Oversee the OEM ADAS product roadmap to position Hella ADAS portfolio for regional growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and ecosystem partners to promote products and technologies.
  • Hold governance over all change management in a multisite international environment.
