The Product Line Coordinator (PLC) is a foundational role that supports the Product Line Management function through best-in-class product data management, system accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. Focused on the execution and distribution of product information across the Go-To-Market (GTM) and IDP calendars, the PLC owns data integrity, sample coordination, and timely system updates to enable informed decision-making across product development, pricing, planning, sales, and marketing. This role is critical to driving seasonal execution, maintaining operational efficiency, and enabling collaboration across Product Line Management, Design, Development, Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, and maintaining accurate product information.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Flex PLM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and able to work effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to take direction, work independently, and follow through on tasks.
  • Well-versed in the competitive landscape, with the ability to benchmark products and assess perceived value.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate product data entry across systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
  • Organize, track, and manage seasonal samples to support presentations, approvals, and buy-in across departments.
  • Own and drive data integrity of all line plans in the product line management system (Flex PLM), including maintain PD change logs, and support cross-functional communication and process coordination.
  • Assist in managing seasonal calendars, meeting preparation, and coordination of cross-functional communications and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, line plans, and visual tools to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Provide support to Product Line Managers and Associate PLMs in daily workflows, tool usage, and executional tasks.
  • Conduct and distribute competitive research, market insights, and trend tracking to support product development and strategic planning.
  • Support projects and initiatives that drive product line efficiency and organizational alignment.
  • Track and communicate seasonal progress of all projects within the IDP process
  • Maintain physical product assets and documentation required for reviews, line presentations, and sell-in.
