About The Position

As the Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring product performance, conducting in-depth analyses, maintaining accurate and up to date SKU data, supporting sales initiatives, and driving inventory optimization strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing to support overall business goals and ensure our product portfolio remains competitive and efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management or related roles. Within the data center industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and business case development. Proficiency in Excel, Power, and other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage ambiguous asks and/or needs minimal direction to develop business cases and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Product Performance: Identify, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs). Create and execute recommendations to product managers to inform product decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Lifecycle Management: Drive analysis, strategy and process with product managers and go to market for product launches, enhancements, phase-outs, and discontinuations based on performance data and market trends.
  • SKU Maintenance: Own the creation, accuracy, and integrity of SKU data across systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards.
  • Deal Desk and Sales Support: Provide product knowledge, performance insights, and support to deal desk and sales teams to enable revenue generation and customer engagement. Maintains up-to-date, accurate product documentation with product managers for go to market and deal desk teams and ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Inventory Optimization: Partner with product managers, operations, and go-to-market teams to optimize inventory and drive utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, marketing, finance, and operations to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
