In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments and deliver high-quality solutions in line with agreed timelines and standards. You will support the development of technical expertise, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy across workflows. The work model for this role is: On-Site in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. #LI-Onsite. This position contributes to the: Measurement & Analytics Product Groups in North America.

  • Reviewing incoming Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for specific ABB products for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assigning the correct workflows for engineering changes and operational requirements to maintain product lifecycle accuracy.
  • Working independently using your expertise in technologies, tools, and methods to resolve critical issues.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement technical documentation and support ongoing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, engineering documentation, and 2D/3D modeling files.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering standards, design, documentation, or PLM system administration.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill 11.1 or later, and knowledge of ASME/ANSI/ISO standards for electrical, mechanical, or software engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent experience in design and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong leadership, prioritization, and results orientation.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
