Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years PLM Teamcenter experience

Nice To Haves

  • 6–10 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and support (both functional and technical aspects).
  • 6–10 years of experience in product lifecycle management, including BOM management, change management, and product data governance.
  • 5–8 years experience in Teamcenter configuration, workflows, BMIDE, and basic customization (ITK/SOA exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the client IT PLM team to deliver strategic PLM initiatives across business divisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and roadmaps.
  • Lead and support Teamcenter implementation and enhancement activities, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional and technical PLM solutions.
  • Drive process improvements by optimizing engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle workflows within Teamcenter.
  • Enhance PLM user experience through usability improvements, user journey mapping, and feedback-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, quality, manufacturing) to ensure seamless solution adoption.
  • Support integration efforts between Teamcenter and adjacent systems (e.g., ERP, ALM, CAD tools).
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and release management.
  • Contribute to user adoption and change management, including training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
