The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process, Methods, and Tools Specialist is a key member of the Business Owning team that supports the Stellantis North America Product Development and Technology Engineering Organization. This role oversees engineering processes, methods, and tools related to PLM-managing the creation, design, development, release, and readiness of parts; creating and releasing bills of materials; handling product and process design changes, collaborating on costs, and implementing these changes into manufacturing plants. The specialist works closely with teams in Project Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Release, Manufacturing, and Aftersales to gain a thorough understanding of Stellantis PLM. The PLM Engineering Business team manages all engineering part data, bill of material information, and change management records, partnering with Information Communications Technology (ICT) Engineering developers to resolve system issues, deploy upgrades, and implement enhancements. As a PLM Business Owner, responsibilities include developing new processes and methods, translating them into system updates by building process flows, drafting business requirements, determining financial benefits for project approval, defining use case scenarios, designing user interface mockups, outlining project plans and timelines, determining testing needs for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conducting UAT, preparing training materials, training users, and addressing post-launch issues. As a subject matter expert on Stellantis N.A. Engineering Systems, the PLM Process, Methods, and Tools Specialist provides technical support for complex and unusual challenges faced by operational teams. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills. With expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for: Troubleshooting operational problems Training global users on Stellantis PLM procedures, methods, and systems Enhancing systems through benchmarking and evaluating current practices Collaborating closely with industrial functions and ICT partners to meet project goals Participating in requirements gathering sessions, documenting needs, and supporting development in collaboration with ICT partners Overseeing and testing IT solutions before deployment to confirm requirements are met Assisting with project communications Write and update user documentation; serve as the main contact for N.A. Engineering Process, Methods, and Tools. Maintain training documents for N.A. Engineering Process, Methods, and Tools.
