The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to take on increased and substantial responsibility in defense litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of New York
1+ year of litigation experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated legal project management and case coordination experience

Nice To Haves

Product Liability experience preferred
Experience or strong interest in regulatory compliance matters

Responsibilities

Proactively manage a litigation caseload, including matters pending in jurisdictions nationwide, under the supervision and guidance of senior attorney.
Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status reports and strategic guidance.
