About The Position

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Product Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in a hybrid position at an AmLaw 50 firm. This role is available in our San Diego or Los Angeles, California, and Seattle, Washington offices. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school, demonstrating a strong record of academic excellence. As a Product Liability Associate, you will be responsible for handling litigation cases related to product liability, with a focus on representing flagship consumer brands, technology, manufacturing, or aviation companies in mass tort disputes. The successful candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience in product liability practice, preferably within an AmLaw 100 firm or a comparable level practice group. Federal clerkship experience is highly preferred, as it will provide you with the necessary skills and insights to excel in this role. You will be expected to engage in various aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a supportive environment. In addition to your legal expertise, you will be required to submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript as part of your application. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and the compensation range is between $235,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
