What You’ll Do Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Banking-as-a-Service product line, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Partner closely with business development to support growth of the BaaS business, including helping shape partner opportunities, evaluating commercial fit, and supporting go-to-market efforts for new and expanded offerings. Develop deep expertise in the product’s API suite, technical architecture, integration patterns, and platform capabilities so you can effectively translate customer and partner needs into scalable product solutions. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, fintech partners, vendors, and channel partners, gathering requirements, explaining technical capabilities, and helping guide successful implementations and ongoing enhancements. Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure product initiatives are technically feasible, operationally sound, and executed successfully. Track product usage, adoption, customer sentiment, OKRs, KPIs, and market trends to inform prioritization, improve performance, and identify new opportunities in embedded finance and Banking-as-a-Service. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in product management, product leadership, or program management, with demonstrated success owning roadmap, delivery, and growth for financial technology or banking-related products. Strong understanding of Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, payments, deposit products, or related fintech ecosystems, including how bank, fintech, and partner relationships operate. Demonstrated ability to understand and work with APIs, technical integrations, and product architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements for engineering and implementation teams. Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, and business development teams to launch and scale products in a regulated environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, external partners, executives, and internal teams while using data and market insights to drive decisions. Location / Work Arrangement Nashville, Tennessee – On-site (Corporate Headquarters). This position requires full-time in-office presence. Occasional travel may be required. Requirements
