Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for an experienced Label Specialist to join the team! The primary functions of the Label Specialist are to create custom box labels for new products based on customer specifications, as well as our internal product labels, manage the label database ensuring accuracy and organization is up-kept, print product box labels for all manufacturing orders, and process daily customer label orders accurately and efficiently. Requirements

Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas.
Attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers.
Able to work independently for periods of time while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Knowledge of labeling software such as Bartender, or other programs, and have experience developing and managing a labeling database.
Understand sales orders and work orders to ensure they are processed and staged for production accurately.

Responsibilities

Responsible for inputting/updating label information in database.
Perform weekly inventory counts on all labels and update ERP system (M3), as necessary.
Print product box labels for all departments within manufacturing.
Work independently, this role requires about 90% independent work without direct supervision.
Process and print all custom label orders on a daily basis.
