Internship Program: HealthEdge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Marketing team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover HealthEdge weekly series. Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and more!

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Product Management, Health Policy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytic skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and data analysis
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
  • Curious with a learning mindset

  • Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance concepts

Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain a revenue and regulatory profile by customer, including products in use, associated costs, and regulatory practices.
  • Research and document customer and prospect use cases across product modules to support market and product strategy.
  • Develop a market map that highlights customer segments, product adoption, and regulatory considerations.
  • Conduct outreach to customers and internal stakeholders to gather data, validate findings, and fill information gaps.
  • Synthesize research into clear summaries and insights to support product, sales, and regulatory decision‑making.
