About The Position

Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it’s working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we’ve been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year. We’re not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don’t do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds—with a fresh raise on the horizon—we’re entering a phase of serious scale. As a Product Intern, Innovation , you will help shape product experiences through experimental map design, UX/UI exploration, and demo/proof-of-concept assets. Your work supports partner and customer conversations, new revenue-generating opportunities, and future product direction. You will partner closely with the product team on early-stage features and initiatives, including map designs and data visualizations that enable pathfinding (i.e. routing functionality and distance calculations), plus developing map styles and prototypes for new verticals (like retail and hospitality) and expanding Engrain’s mapping technology to additional use cases. This full-time internship (Mon–Fri) is often best suited for candidates who are not currently enrolled or are taking limited coursework, including recent graduates. This opportunity offers the potential to convert to a full-time employee position.
