Requirements

  • ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Installation of new tools at customer sites, following all procedures and providing consistent results within specified cycle times.
  • Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems related to installation.
  • Troubleshooting and repairs of moderate system level problems based on technical knowledge, education and training.
  • Prepares field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances.
  • Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report.
  • Obtains all necessary international travel documents and manages personal life to be ready to travel for extended periods.
  • Manages personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities while traveling.
  • Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
  • Works with Senior Engineers, TSE, or Managers to formulate and carry out POAs.
