You are the ultimate guardian of our quality, ensuring every product that reaches our customers represents our excellence. Your tasks involve more than inspection. You'll skillfully prepare products for dispatch, wrapping them in bundles with precision and using a heat torch to seal the deal. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • 2 years in a manufacturing or construction required.
  • 3 months of operating a forklift or heavy equipment required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects.
  • Basic understanding of measurement tools and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and operate machinery and equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect profiles to meet quality guidelines.
  • Ability to use tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Quality data entry.
  • Ability to accurately collect quality data.
  • Ability to enter data using computers and Excel.
  • Bundling Prepare vinyl bundles with wood and shrink film systems.
  • Use of plastic banding and hand crimpers.
  • Ability to use a heat torch to shrink film application.
  • Operate forklifts to move bundles.
  • Enhance physical agility through repeated lifting and twisting.
