You'll skillfully prepare products for dispatch, wrapping them in bundles with precision and using a heat torch to seal the deal. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- 2 years in a manufacturing or construction required.
- 3 months of operating a forklift or heavy equipment required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects.
- Basic understanding of measurement tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery and equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect profiles to meet quality guidelines.
- Ability to use tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Quality data entry.
- Ability to accurately collect quality data.
- Ability to enter data using computers and Excel.
- Bundling Prepare vinyl bundles with wood and shrink film systems.
- Use of plastic banding and hand crimpers.
- Ability to use a heat torch to shrink film application.
- Operate forklifts to move bundles.
- Enhance physical agility through repeated lifting and twisting.
