About The Position

Your Role The Integrated Output Solutions team is responsible for the product management and production of transactional output management. In this role you will be a transactional print vendor owner managing all aspects of production and vendor health. This includes file transfer and success, daily production recon, vendor invoice and budget management, vendor incidents, stakeholder management and disaster recovery / business continuity planning. Responsibilities Your Work In this role, you will: Manage daily output vendor operational performance as a product. This includes managing the backlog of projects with the vendor, SLA monitoring, incident, and compliance metrics, functioning as the trusted liaison between stakeholders and vendor, and support stakeholders until BSC’s close of business at 5 pm. Represent vendor’s business process and technical output requirements to stakeholders, guiding project requirements and tracking/triaging file failures and production incidents. Preference to a candidate who can explain sweep times, read XML and JSON file formats, and articulate differences between AFP and various types of PDF files. Own vendor metrics and work confidently in Excel and Tableau to create MBR/QBR/KPI material to highlight vendor outcomes, performance and support all invoicing and budget activities. Approach work with a continuous learning mindset and build on expertise by connecting the dots to apply learnings. This is a fast-moving role requiring your strong attention to detail. You will proactively identify situational needs, regularly manage up 1 to 2 levels, and drive work, including self-identification of what is urgent and acting on that urgency. Learn the details of your vendor’s contract and ensure vendor management is aligned. Initiate and manage contract amendments with GBS in support of stakeholder needs. Work very closely with output types such as EOBs, Checks, Bills, letter systems such as MHK, Care Connect, and Smartcomms. Demonstrate ability to learn from output owners and speak to them with expertise and understanding of their output. Facilitate process mapping sessions and participate in transformation sessions to help the team transform to a best in class output management vendor Work fluently in Jira, creating epics, stories, and tasks to accurately and timely reflect your work. Will manage different transactional print vendors and initially be assigned to Broadridge, while cross training on other vendors.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Expertise in managing transactional printed output (metadata file + source docs), with a preference for experience with EOBs, Checks, Bills, and Letter Systems such as SmartComms, MHK, Care Connect
  • Knowledge of document transfer methodologies, such as IP Switch, SFTP, API, Sterling, MQMFT.
  • Proven track record to work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams
  • Highly skilled in incident analysis, corrective action and resolution
  • You are comfortable using AI to make an agent, but you also can connect business details verbally or in writing in real time (while screen sharing) without the support of AI.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, Grid, Confluence, and enterprise reporting systems

Nice To Haves

  • Preference to a candidate who can explain sweep times, read XML and JSON file formats, and articulate differences between AFP and various types of PDF files.
  • Experience with Smart Communications, Salesforce and Pega platforms preferred
