About The Position

The Product Implementation Specialist has a go-getter attitude to (1) lead product delivery for strategic customers, and (2) build out strategic product consulting services. KPIs include deployment management, customer success, product adoption, and renewals. Our goal is to help customers evolve their compliance role from collecting data to taking action on real-time information to improve security. The position will be responsible for ensuring continuity between sales, professional services engineering, operations, training, product development, and product support – to build client relationships, increase engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Roles 1. Engagement Manager – collaborate with customer to ensure successful implementation post-sale – onboarding, deployment, adoption, and renewal 2. Product Manager – collaborate with the customer (product sponsor, technical, and compliance teams) and the Qmulos team (professional services engineering, solutions architect, product dev, support) to develop and deliver impactful use cases for the end user 3. Project Manager – ensure seamless and on-time delivery and communications, working with the customer and our Qmulos sales and operations teams 4. Strategy Consultant – develop and implement strategies for new and/or improved consulting services in support of product delivery and adoption

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working directly with customers in the commercial or government sectors
  • 3+ years of product, engagement, and/or project management experience
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with customers and Qmulos cross-functional teams
  • Adept at multi-tasking and working with multiple customers at the same time
  • Experience in building and implementing strategies for a growing product delivery and adoption function
  • Experience developing, implementing, and improving operational processes
  • Collaborative and hands-on team player

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in compliance, information assurance, and/or cybersecurity, especially FISMA, NIST, and other cybersecurity frameworks, a plus but not required
  • Experience in progressive government and/or commercial environments as an ISSM/ISSO, or similar role, a plus but not required
  • Working knowledge of common IT security-related regulations, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consulting and direction to customers deployments
  • Develop product and process recommendations for successful achievement of compliance goals using Q-Products
  • Manage services deployment for 5-10 customers
  • Manage account status and key metrics, flagging and executing on associated business actions needed
  • Develop adoption strategies to ensure customer success and renewals
  • Build out product consulting service offerings, e.g., customer success, solutions architect, compliance and cybersecurity, and other offerings
  • Develop a deep understanding of Q-Products capabilities and service offerings to communicate to existing customers
  • Leverage and/or grow your information assurance and cybersecurity compliance expertise to help enable customers to succeed
