A Product Implementation Lead should be a seasoned professional in consulting, business process analysis and development, requirements development, meeting facilitation, management of matrixed resources, and implementation of large and complex projects. This role will have to successfully operate and drive for results in a vague environment relying on flexibility, resilience, a strong sense of curiosity, problem solving, planning and taking measured steps to deliver on the objectives. Being the “voice of the business” and advocating for the needs of the business, customers and members, Product Implementation Lead will have the ability to understand and comfortably speak to both the “big picture” and minute details and dependencies when engaging stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors. This role will collaborate to build partnerships to achieve alignment and attain shared goals, carry the accountability for the end-to-end solution design and implementation of complex program, partner with stakeholders to identify, communicate and resolve gaps, have a strong point of view, develop recommendations and obtain stakeholder alignment to achieve objectives. Product Implementation Lead should have experience in product development life cycle, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, advanced business architecture, business process analysis, requirement development, and project management. Note: Work location is remote (e.g. home address), per KP's Authorized States Policy - Employees may be required to travel to a KP or customer site.
