Product GTM Lead

ScribeSan Francisco, CA
3d$175,000 - $220,000Hybrid

About The Position

You're a builder who takes full commercial ownership of Scribe's products, from how we bring them to market to how we grow their success once they're live. You close the gap between what Scribe can do and what our customers and prospects need to do through sharp positioning, strategic marketing launches, creative campaigns, and relentless focus on adoption and revenue. You don't wait for a launch calendar to drive impact. When there's no new product shipping, you're already asking: why aren't more teams using what we have? What would drive expansion? What story haven't we told yet? You could be a great fit if You think about marketing the way a GM thinks about a business, always anchoring to a number and thinking about impact You are a storyteller and have a deep love of the written word When there's no launch on the calendar, you don't wait. You find the lever and build out the program You've worked in or alongside product, growth, or revenue operations and understand what actually moves deals You put the customers at the center of everything you do You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions You don't wait to be told about new AI tools — you find them and use them to move faster If you’re reading this thinking “that’s me!”, we want to meet you! This role is not for you if You are not confident in your ability to write compelling messaging (including website copy and longer form content assets) You measure success by shipping campaigns, not by what those campaigns produced You think of positioning as an artifact, rather than a living commercial strategy You have only worked at big companies and are not yet familiar with successfully navigating a startup our size (we’re <200 people) Complex challenges drain your energy rather than fuel it You are focused on leading a team; this is a senior IC role for the medium term
