  • Identify opportunities that present the most potential for product growth.
  • Remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and/or monetization.
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute projects.
  • Analyze funnels, ecosystems, user behavior and long-term trends to identify opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.
  • Define and analyze metrics for product performance.
  • Develop databased recommendations and presentations for product teams.
  • Identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate market adoption and product growth.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineering and data science teams to develop experiments, establish a shared vision and build consensus on product developments.
  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
  • Requires 6 months of experience in the following: Quantitative analysis and data mining.
  • SQL or other programming language for data querying.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Preparing and presenting analytical reports.
  • Product optimization work including funnel/website optimization or outbound communication channels like email or push notifications.
  • Analyzing user behavior and trends.
  • Identify the opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, or monetization.
  • Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results to make launch decisions.
  • $180,614/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
