About The Position

The Product/Graphic Designer Specialist will lead the creation of impactful, data-driven designs that enhance marketing, advertising, and acquisition initiatives. Supporting cross-functional teams, the Designer will deliver high-quality sales and marketing materials aligned with Shopkick's business goals.

Requirements

  • +3 - 5+ years of hands-on digital design experience at an agency or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in marketing, paid ads, and UX/UI design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD) and other design tools (Figma)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience designing for Android and iPhone.

  • Experience leading and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and data-driven designs for our marketing, paid ads, and acquisition efforts.
  • Develop UX/UI illustrations and animations that enhance the user experience.
  • Support sales enablement presentation design and sales materials for all of Shopkick solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that meet business goals and user needs across the in-house creative team, B2B & B2C marketing teams, user growth marketing team, senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Help manage and coach junior designers, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.
  • Ideate, create and deliver a strong design solution across various branded materials, including key visuals, email campaigns, social media postings, video content, in-app creatives, and digital advertising.
  • Clarify and follow creative briefs. Prioritize and manage multiple projects at once within design specifications and deadlines.
  • Give and receive feedback, including creative critiques suitable for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
  • Manage internal brand folders and aid in the curation, management, and internal distribution of marketing materials.
