About The Position

The Sales Assistant (Product Genius) at Bergstrom Hyundai of Green Bay is responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies offered by Bergstrom Automotive. This role involves staying up-to-date on new product launches, industry trends, and technological advancements. The Product Genius will welcome and assist guests by providing tailored product demonstrations, educating them on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, and conducting test drives to ensure confidence in vehicle choices. They will collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey, assist in explaining product features, and provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology. Additionally, the role includes ensuring a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience, demonstrating features, setting up customization options, and providing post-purchase follow-up support. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, setting up displays, and ensuring vehicle technology is functional for demonstrations are also key aspects of this position. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for automotive technology and guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Develop an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies offered by Bergstrom Automotive.

Educate guests on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, such as infotainment systems, safety technologies, and connectivity options.
Conduct test drives and answer questions to ensure guests feel confident in their vehicle choices.
Collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey.
Assist in explaining product features and benefits to enhance the sales process.
Provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology and updates.
Ensure each guest receives a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience.
Demonstrate how to operate vehicle features and set up customization options for guests.
Follow up with guests post-purchase to answer questions and provide continued support.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
Set up displays and ensure vehicle technology is functional and ready for demonstrations.
