Requirements
- Strong BMW product knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive or luxury retail experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth vehicle deliveries and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on BMW technology, features, and connectivity
- Support sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance at all times
- Stay current on BMW product updates and training
