Revivals is looking for customer service-oriented individuals to support our warehouse team. As a Product Flow Coordinator, you will ensure a positive donation drop off for all our donors. Under the direction of our Warehouse Manager, you will help maintain our drop off area and our warehouses. 100% of Revivals profits go to fund Client services at DAP Health. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Product Flow Coordinator (PFC) is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving donated merchandise and sorting it to its appropriate area for processing. In addition, the PFC is responsible for stocking merchandise on the sales floor once it is processed.

Requirements

  • Basic mathematical skills to include adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
  • Flexibility in schedule. The ability to work weekends and holidays is required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handles receipt of donated merchandise ensuring excellent customer service in the drop-off area.
  • Sorts donated merchandise by category for processing.
  • Stocks processed merchandise onto the sales floor.
  • Loads and unloads Revivals donation trucks and assists with unloading deliveries of new products as needed.
  • Assists with store displays as needed.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the sales floor to include dusting, sweeping and vacuuming as needed.
  • Identifies product needs on the sales floor and communicates to the Warehouse Manager or designee.
  • Greets customers when on the sales floor.
  • Interacts with customers by answering any questions they may have.
  • Assists with customer requests.
  • Cleans warehouse and restrooms as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
