About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excited to learn how digital products are built and improved.
• Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from experiments or web analytics.
• Able to clearly explain ideas—both written and verbal—to technical and non-technical teammates.
• Enjoys working with others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
• Interest or experience in e-commerce, UX/UI design, or digital marketing.
• Coursework or side projects related to product management or online retail.

Responsibilities

• Help write clear product requirements and user stories to guide design and development.
• Support A/B testing and use web analytics to discover what improves conversion, search, and the customer journey.
• Assist with technical audits and provide ideas to help our products stand out on Google and AI-powered search tools.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and marketers to bring new ideas to life and ensure projects launch smoothly.
• Participate in product testing to ensure new features look great, work correctly, and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Build summaries and reports that help the Product and Leadership teams understand what’s working and where to improve.
