Work with the Product Experience team on all areas of the product. Documentation, testing, competitive, marketing events, etc. This will be a very technical job.

Requirements

• Computer science / information technology degree
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Interest in writing and technology
• Must be available to work from Tuesday May 26th until Friday August 7th.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Testing: Participate in the testing process by executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
• Lab Maintenance: Help maintain and organize the testing lab environment, including hardware and software setups. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal lab conditions.
• Strategy Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting the development of strategic plans.
