As a Product Engineer at SuperDial, you will own user-facing product development end-to-end. You will work closely with product, design, and business partners to turn real customer problems into shipped, scalable solutions. This is a high-ownership role for engineers who want meaningful product influence, not just execution responsibility. About the Role: Design, build, and ship product features from concept through production Own core parts of the SuperDial product and codebase long-term Partner closely with product and design to define requirements and solutions Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical and product decisions Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience Contribute to technical and product roadmap discussions 30 / 60 / 90 Day Expectations First 30 Days Ramp on SuperDial’s product, customers, and healthcare workflows Learn the codebase, architecture, and development practices Ship small but meaningful product improvements to production Build strong working relationships with engineering, product, and design Demonstrate sound judgment and proactive communication 60 Days Own one or more product features or workflows end-to-end Lead implementation of medium-sized features from spec to launch Actively contribute technical and product insight to planning discussions Identify and resolve issues impacting product velocity or quality Communicate scope, timelines, and tradeoffs clearly 90 Days Own a critical product surface area with minimal oversight Drive complex features involving multiple stakeholders Anticipate risks and propose solutions before issues arise Help raise the bar on engineering and product best practices Contribute meaningfully to roadmap planning and prioritization
