The role We’re hiring Product Engineers to own outcomes end-to-end: deeply understanding customer problems, shaping solutions, and shipping reliable software that compounds in value. Environmental markets are currently slowed by fragmentation and uncertainty. Patch removes these constraints with software, data, and expertise. Our Product Engineers are at the center of that. Engineering at Patch is deeply product-shaped. We expect you to help define the problem, pressure-test solutions, and make principled trade-offs between speed, cost, and long-term maintainability.
