Primary Location: United States (US) - Kansas - Coffeyville Function: Product Engineering (CA) Title: Product Engineer - 117820 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Product Engineer for JD Coffeyville Works located in Coffeyville, KS, you will: Design drivetrain components within transmission and gearboxes such as gears, shafts, castings and other components to meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements Perform engineering calculations to solve design problems and develop design alternatives Manage design from concept to prototype and through to full production through collaboration with other functional groups Provide technical support to marketing, manufacturing, quality and supply management organizations Develop and execute test and analysis plans for product verification and validation VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

  • Mechanical design and analysis skills
  • Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases
  • 3D product modeling skills
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
  • Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases
  • Familiarity with MS Office products, Creo, SAP
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
