Support the development of wire & cable compounds, while ensuring regulatory compliance for all the applicable requirements across all product lines; and responds to Inquiries from customers and regulatory authorities. Contributing to quality system Improvements and digitalization Initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical, regulatory and quality standards. Position is responsible for adhering to all Company safety, health, and loss control policies and procedures. Participates in safety, health, and loss control training so that at a minimum general knowledge of applicable, OSHA, and state requirements are maintained. The role involves managing multiple responsibilities across product development, quality and regulatory compliance. It requires technical expertise in wire and cable products, understanding of regulatory frameworks across various product lines, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. The engineer must prioritize operational tasks while ensuring adherence to compliance standards, contributing to continuous improvement and digitalization efforts within the Technical Management Area.
