About The Position
As a Product Engineer located in St Paul, MN or Brookings, SD you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse technical people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Driving and supporting design-related change control and the associated product changes to meet product/quality/process improvements, supply changes, and regulatory requirements, etc. Cultivating and applying continuous improvement mindset by using multitude of methodologies that include project management (PMP), Agile/SCRUM, Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Six Sigma, and DOE/statistical analysis Collaborating with other laboratory, quality and/or manufacturing functions globally Maintaining product design documentation in compliance with business’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned.
