Requirements

• Distinguished academic track record
• 1-2+ years as a full stack Salesforce developer
• Preferred work experience in Financial Services industry
• Experience with DevOps and building code pipelines
• Demonstrated expertise and/or certifications in Salesforce FSC
• Ability to build scalable infrastructure
• Product background preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with other 3rd party systems
• Ability to lead product-related projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility with roadmap prioritization and shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Drive for continuous improvement in development processes and end-to-end delivery
• Product ownership mentality
• High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
• Effective communication, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering SME and configuration for key Corient platforms (including Salesforce, PMS)
• Own development for key product features aligned to product roadmaps
• Document and evolve product technology architecture
• Follow DevSecOps best practices for rapidly and safely delivering product features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop great Salesforce solutions
• Provide product and end-user support
