About The Position
Develops Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team (in-discipline).
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
- Minimum Three (3) years of related experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Intermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills
- Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills
- Statistical Process Control Software Skills
- Proactive and Basic Cross-Discipline Development Knowledge
- Understand Structured Design
- Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers
Nice To Haves
- Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred
