About The Position
AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. By weaving together advances in cloud infrastructure, automation and analytics, and software delivery, we help enterprises deliver on the promise of digital transformation. As a Product Engineer 1, you will be instrumental in implementing enterprise-level system configurations and integrated rack designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient solutions. Your responsibilities include reviewing rack-level BOMs, confirming power and cooling analyses, and building cabling matrices. You will also handle system configuration plans, port mapping, and design documentation, contributing to labor estimation and pre-sales assessments. Engaging with clients and internal teams, you will ensure optimal project experiences and coordinate with professional services and project managers. Additionally, you will travel on-site for rack delivery and installation, impacting key industries such as transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, security, flight simulation, and media/live events.
