Requirements

A bachelor's degree manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field required
Further, you must have 4 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience
You are proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology
You have effective communication and customer service skills
Additionally, you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
